Scheduled pick up time includes a 30 minute window. This means that your shuttle will arrive within 30 minutes of your scheduled pickup time.
Shared shuttle transfers are allowed 1 large and 1 carry on per person, every extra piece of luggage is 10 Euros for the large luggage and 5 Euros for the carry ons.
Shared Dock Transfer service is operated from 1st December to March 31st ONLY for groups with minimum 4 people
Shared Shuttle transfer service does not operate on the following holidays: December 25th and 26th December, January 1st, Easter holiday Sunday and Monday

5.00Super smooth and a great. They picked us up on time, loaded the luggage and were super quick getting us to the cruise port! With every penny. Especially with it as there was a taxi strike that morning! There were six of us in our party and we all rate this trip 5 out of 5!

5.00The vehicle was clean and the driver was courteous. We asked for a pickup at our hotel and they arranged to pick up as close to our hotel as possible which was about 400 ft. They were early to the pickup but so were we so it was all fine.
