When arriving into London on an overnight flight, please ensure that you book for the date that you land.
All infants & children are charged as full fare paying passengers. There will be no charge for car seat on any shared transfers. Please note that child seats may not always be available, even if requested in advance.
Luggage Restrictions: Large items such as skis, surfboards, wheelchairs (excluding foldable) & golf bags are not permitted under any circumstances. Likewise, any excessive luggage requirements of more than airline standard of 1 suitcase and one carry on per passenger should be checked with Airport Transfers at time of booking.
The duration of transfers are approximate, the exact duration will depend on the time of day and traffic conditions.

When making a booking, you will need to advise your flight details and your London City hotel/accommodation details. Your transfer will be confirmed instantaneously and you will be provided with a travel voucher to present to the driver. It's that easy! Enter the Arrivals Hall after customs and immigration, look for a representative with a blue Airport Transfers sign who will meet you next to the designated meeting points in each terminal. Dependant on live immigration, customs and baggage clearance times you will be met 60 minutes after landing. Meeting Points for Heathrow airport: Terminal 2 & 3: In front of WHSmith & Terminal 4 & 5: In front of Costa Coffee. Representatives in Heathrow airports will be wearing blue jackets. Meeting Points for Gatwick/Luton/Stansted airports: All terminals: In front of Costa Coffee. London City Airport : Arrival Hall IMPORTANT: Transfers are held until 90 minutes from your actual flight arrival time. If delayed in customs, you must call toll-free from any UK payphone, mobile or landline before the 90 minutes has elapsed or you may miss your transfer. This transfer services London hotels/Accommodation only. 4.00It was very easy to find the shuttle. The driver called us when we were in baggage claim and we found him right away. But we were staying at the Park Plaza Riverbank and he dropped us at a different Park Plaza. We did not realize it until we got out of the car and then had to walk for 20 minutes in the pouring rain to the other hotel. So that was a bummer. But I would still recommend this service.

5.00Our experience was great! We thought we would be sharing, however, we were two in a sedan. I was concerned as our bags took an unusually long time, but our driver was waiting for us. Not being familiar with Heathrow, I also was concerned of the location of the meeting place. The meeting place, Costa Coffee, is located almost at the exit of Terminal 5. You will find it easily after you claim your bags and exit the terminal, just before you go outside. It is a large venue.
