Please provide the full names of all travelers at the time of booking. Failure to present the voucher with the full names of all travelers at the ticket office before entry may result in refusal of admission to the Vatican Museums.
A dress code is required to enter the selected places of worship and museums. Shorts and sleeveless tops are not permitted. Knees and shoulders MUST be covered for both men and women. You may be refused entry if you do not comply with these dress requirements.
Travelers with a disability card do not need to purchase tickets.
Please be aware that access to the Sistine Chapel is subject to Vatican regulations and ceremonies. The Vatican Museums may decide to close the Sistine Chapel on short notice for official events or religious proceedings. In the event of any unexpected developments, we are unable to foresee or control these closures in advance. However, your ticket will still grant you full access to the Vatican Museums.

5.00Debby was absolutely wonderful! She helped me with the whole entrance process to the Vatican Museums and was incredibly kind, sweet, and helpful from start to finish. She was very patient, explained everything clearly, and made the experience much smoother and more enjoyable. You can truly tell she cares about people. Highly recommended!
Waste of money unless you truly love statues and old paintings

2.00We found it a complete waste of money and time. Only buy tickets or a tour if you really really love looking at statues and paintings. You have to queue to get your tickets, not a real problem but worth knowing. You then join another queue to get in, although not as long as the queue if you don’t have tickets. You then walk for 1.5 to 2 hours through galleries full of statues and art - none of it memorable or anything like Florence or London. The exception is the ‘Map Room’ which is remarkable. It is mostly exceptionally tedious, nowhere to sit down. Finally you get to the Sistine Chapel, which we found disappointing, probably because we were exhausted. People in the Chapel were incredibly noisy and taking photos which we thought were banned.

5.00Very interesting, so many treasures gathered in such a majestic site. Not to be missed. In addition, with the guide, we save a lot of time on the queues and go to the most interesting experiences. For a first visit to the Vatican, it's hot (pun intended!)

5.00Great tour, very experienced and passionate guide, entry was guaranteed and we get skip the line! We went during new years so apparently people were waiting up to 3 hours if you went on the day, but we went thru within maybe 15mins. They take you thru a detailed tour of the beautiful Vatican museum, giving detailed explanations of everything and the the stunning Sistine chapel. Well worth the trip!
Clearer instructions would help.

1.00The instructions gave me a meeting place as if I would locate an actual person. Instead I waited allot of time when all I had to do was take my ticket, scan it according to the correct passageway and into the Vatican with ease. Clearer instructions would help.

1.00Did not notify or disclose of early closure of the Sistine Chapel on the listing when purchasing the tickets - and the whole reason we bought the tickets was to see the Sistine Chapel but didn’t even get to see it - VERY disappointing and complete waste of time and money.

2.00Avoid 5:30 p.m. tickets. There's no time to visit the whole thing. Do not hesitate to ask treasure precisely the way to see the chapel. The indication given "at the end of the museum" is not clear at all. We couldn't do it. Very disappointed.

5.00On a very turbulent end of year with tourists in the city, the fast pass to the Vatican Museum was essential, efficient and organized, despite being expensive.
