5.00The guide is great, very nice, makes the tour very interesting and enjoyable. They give you a headset to listen to even if you are a little further away while admiring the rooms. The group was smaller than expected, so great.

5.00We actually arrived late due to late transport. We met a lovely young lady called Elisa near the entrance of Alhambra. She was extremely helpful in finding our guide who had already started the tour. She met us with a smile and was very patient. We met our tour guide called Jesus. He was very happy to see us and made us feel very welcome. He was very knowledgeable and kept us all interested and happy to answer any questions. We are a family of 3 and this is one of the best experiences we have ever had. We were fascinated and definitely recommend as a must see visit when in Granada. This company Crown Tours shows how it should be done and we will definitely be using this company again. They looked after us, stopped for 10 mins for little break in-between. 10 out of 10.
