1.00Worst hop on hop off tour I have experienced Awful tour guides, no commentary on the blue line. Headphones weren’t given on the red line until asked. We didn’t go on the green line as it was a waste of time. We were charged $82 per ticket by Expedia/Fawtravels when the bus company was only charging $42

1.00Very dissatisfied The bus was just a regular bus no open top We got off after first stop The pick location. Was hard to find, no direction from providers I have done these tours in many major cities and this was such a disappointment

3.00Overall, it was a bit disappointing. We had to wait 1 hour because the first bus was completely full and the second bus was right in front of us then full The red tour and the blue tour were moreover - compared to other hop on hop off buses in other countries I think too little informative. There was a lot of music and less information in the audio system and sometimes the lyrics - especially on the red tour - were just broken off in the middle and there was a new announcement about a new building/district. Also, the travel times are not optimal or the frequency of the buses are pulled out too long.
