From HCMC 7:30am - 7.45am Depart for Can Gio – also known as “Monkey Island.” Monkey Island Explore the mangrove forest with over 1,000 monkeys. Feed and take photos with the monkeys. Crocodile Farm Visit the crocodile conservation area with giant crocodiles from the war era. Try optional “crocodile fishing.” Speedboat to Rung Sac Guerrilla Base Travel by speedboat deep into the mangroves. Learn about life in the jungle during wartime. Local Seafood Market Stop at a local market with fresh seafood and dried specialties. Enjoy a welcome drink (sugarcane juice). ️ Lunch & Beach Time Vietnamese-style lunch at a beach resort. Free time for swimming, sightseeing, and relaxation. ️ 5:30 PM – Return Transfer back to Ho Chi Minh City.

5.00Had a fantastic time on the Can Gio Monkey Island speedboat tour! The ride through the mangroves was beautiful and relaxing, and our guide was super friendly and informative. Monkey Island was so much fun — the monkeys were cheeky but adorable! We also saw crocodiles and learned about local wildlife conservation. Lunch was delicious and the whole trip was well organized. A great mix of adventure, nature, and culture — definitely worth it!

5.00What an awesome day! If you love adventure and animals, this is the tour for you. The speedboat journey was fast, fun, and a great way to travel. We arrived at the Can Gio mangroves, which were stunning. The main event for us was Monkey Island. There are hundreds of them! They are not shy and will come right up to you, which was a really fun (and funny) experience. Just be smart and keep your belongings secure. Seeing the giant crocodiles at the sanctuary was another major highlight. We even got to try 'crocodile fishing,' which was more exciting than it sounds! It's incredible to see these prehistoric animals so close. This tour is a perfect mix of speed, nature, and wildlife encounters. A must-do if you have a spare day in HCMC and want to see something completely different.

5.00I joined this tour as a quick escape from the busy streets of Ho Chi Minh City, and it turned out to be one of the best day trips I’ve done in Vietnam! The speedboat ride through the mangrove forest was beautiful and peaceful — a completely different side of Saigon that most visitors never get to see. Monkey Island was full of energy and laughter — hundreds of playful monkeys everywhere! Our guide was really professional and friendly, reminding us to be careful with sunglasses and water bottles (those monkeys are smart and fast 😄). The crocodile area was interesting too, and lunch was delicious, with fresh local dishes served in a relaxing riverside setting. What I appreciated most was the smooth organization: pick-up was on time, the guide spoke great English, and the whole schedule was well-paced — not rushed, not boring. It’s a perfect mix of nature, wildlife, and local culture, all in one day. Highly recommended for anyone looking to take a break from the city and experience the wild side of southern Vietnam

After a short speedboat ride through the mangrove forest, we arrived at the island surrounded by lush greenery and the sounds of nature. The highlight, of course, was meeting the monkeys! They were playful, curious, and not afraid to come close — some even tried to grab our snacks. We also visited the crocodile area and learned interesting facts about the mangrove ecosystem. The fresh air, the laughter, and the beautiful scenery made it a perfect day trip away from the busy city.

5.00Excellent experience! I stayed here for 3 days and was impressed by everything – friendly staff, clean rooms, and a peaceful atmosphere. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of choices. Great location for exploring nearby attractions. Definitely worth coming back! ❤️

5.00I’m from Italy and absolutely loved this day trip! The speedboat ride through the rivers and mangrove forest was beautiful — peaceful, green, and full of life. Monkey Island was hilarious — so many cheeky monkeys! Just watch your stuff, they’re quick. The crocodile farm and the visit to the old guerrilla base were really interesting too, giving a glimpse into Vietnam’s history. Lunch was tasty, the guide was super friendly and knowledgeable, and everything was well organized. It’s a long day, but totally worth it. Perfect mix of nature, culture, and fun
