A bilingual MC introduces sumo’s rituals, followed by two former wrestlers demonstrating shiko (leg stomps), teppen (push drills), and suriashi (sliding footwork). Join them in the ring or watch and take photos. Parents can join or observe. Next, enjoy a live match between pros. In the final challenge, a volunteer puts on a padded suit and tries to push a 160kg wrestler—fun guaranteed! Refuel with a mini chanko hotpot, a protein-rich stew loved by wrestlers.
