Tour are very good and kid took care of all the travellers on our trip. He knows he jobs and understood the travellers.

5.00Travellers need to read details of tour very carefully. I found many travellers mistaken Kid ( our tour guide) , not responsible. Kid are the best in Europe that we had met ( we did numerous of tour around Europe. ) The problem are the details of tour need to be carefully read by travellers. At our various European tour , they call them Tour Directors at Trafalgar, Cost Saver , Insight Vacations . I my personal opinion no one can compare with Kid ( he from Asian) . We will voted him the best of all .
Grindelwald and Interlaken were great but the guide " Kid" was very rude and useless. No guidance at all- money minded

4.00The Guide" Kid" was really useless. Left us on our own at Interlaken with driver only available at Grindelwald. I have never in my life seen a tourist guide so money minded...as he says himself he does not need friendship but only money. Whats the use of hiring a tour operator when we had to find our way by ourself in Interlaken and Grindelwald. The places of visit were great but the guide service was horrible. Think twice if you have a guide whose name is " kid".

5.00Kid is the best tour guide - to be honest I wouldnt have upgraded my itinerary if not for him and how he made realize what I shouldnt be missing. He’s funny to be around with and a great photographer too! The places we visited were all amazing and it was all worth it! 🔥

5.00The tour guide Kid was amazing, he makes sure all people from to tour will be able to take a good picture, he was so funny and friendly, about the tour itself The views and the places were awesome, however I did the tour " Jungfraujoch- top of Europe" it was beautiful and the weather was nice , I am glad I did this tour , otherwise I will be in Interlaken town by my own So if you are taking this tour better to take the tour " Jungfraujoch- top of Europe instead

5.00This is an amazing experience!!! Kid was the greatest tour guide ever! He made everyone feel welcomed and happy. We traveled with two young kids and Kid made the experience very comfortable and our two toddlers had the best time ever. Kid also created a wholesome and kind environment on our tour bus with other families. It was the highlight of our trip for sure. Kid is the best tour guide ever.
