Had a great tour of the Black Virgin Mountain with SST Travel. Anna our tour guide was very sweet, educated and professional - really enjoyed the day with her and the rest of the tour group (5 of us on this tour midweek - crowds are much smaller if you do these tours midweek than on the weekend). Elise did an excellent job as always of arranging for this tour. It turned out to be a beautiful day, and we even got to do the alpine slide at SunWorld Ba Den (where the huge bronze Black Lady Buddha and large Happy Buddha are visited) as it was "on special" for no extra cost. The museum inside the Lady Buddha was impressive with beautiful ancient art pieces as well.

Jerry was my tour guide (with Tin as the driver), and I had a fantastic day. Jerry structured the day very well, and let us give input on where we stayed a little longer or what things we weren't interested in, making sure we had a personalized trip. Throughout the day Jerry truly cared that we were happy, hydrated, and safe and was willing to answer any of our questions trying to learn more about Vietnam, the history, and the culture. Tin was a great driver, it was a smooth ride and the shuttle was comfy, Tin made sure to get it nice and cold before we moved on from each activity. Easily the best $60 I spent in Vietnam or maybe any trip.

This is a good tour especially with elderly parents. The join in tour is a small group so you can personal attention by the guide, Iris. The van used is very good with massage capabilities and is temperature control is good and cool. Our first visit was to a lacquer workshop to demonstrate how its made. Then to the cu chi tunnel which is quite informative and enjoyable. The tunnel walk is tight but walkable even if you're very tall. Not recommended for the elderly or people with knee injuries. It is optional. Overall the cu chi tunnel is a must see to learn the history of the Vietnam war. Then we went for lunch. The food was very unexpected and tasty. We had chicken in red sauce, pepper pork with radish, omelette (really good) and healthy vegetable soup. Iris checked for allergens for each participant. After lunch we went to a temple, Cao Dai. This is the most interesting place to see. This was a quick look and we went to the black virgin Mountain last. Make sure to get the cable car otherwise you can pay on the way via your guide. The place is similar to Ba Na hills but smaller and spiritual. There are gardens to take pictures in and a water show. The Buddha's relic is also located here. I had the sesame balls which is really good. Our guide Iris made sure to take the time to help in taking pictures and explained the location's information. Thank you Iris, you're the best.

The Buddha complex on the Black Virgin Mountain is truly brilliant. Built only about five years ago, it combines elements of spirituality and modern design. The architecture and technology used here create a unique connection between religion and high-tech innovation. A must-see spot!

Was a nice mix of activities and Sarah was jolly and fun🙂. A long day but I didn’t mind - the vehicle was comfortable (and I have long legs) so was nice to doze between sights 😄👍
