  I had a beautiful experience in this tea ceremony lesson. The teacher first gave a brief explanation of the tea ceremony, and then made a demonstration herself. After that, each of the guests were instructed in how to make the tea and then we could drink our own tea together with Japanese sweets. The teacher and the interpreter were very kind so it was a lovely experience. Thank you so much!

  It was an incredible experience to have Souna sensei patiently teach us satou (tea ceremony)!!! She was incredibly patient teacher! She has such bright person, her words warm the heart of each of us, and her bright personality will be something that I’ll remember forever. I wish this wonderful experience can be experience by other people too.

  The sensei who taught us the tea ceremony procedure was extremely lovely and friendly :)) English translation was provided throughout even though she spoke in Japanese so that we could understand everything, and whilst the atmosphere of the room was calm and respectful we were allowed to be reasonably casual. It was mesmerising to see the movements of sensei especially as she performed the rituals of tea-making, it was really a beautiful thing to watch. Such a necessary experience and break from the noisy technology-fills world. Would definitely come here again in the future if I had a chance. Thank you again:))

  It was a very nice, spgar almost spiritual experience. Highly recommended! The hostess, our tea master was very nice and explained everything to us in detail!

  Great, authentic, Japanese tea experience. Very friendly, with good translation. And the tea tasted great.
