We attended this today In all honesty we had a dreadful experience It was pouring so everyone was in atrium which was full, soaking and zero seating - literally people sitting on the floor There was no one organising the queues People from earlier sessions running late arrived and just barged through Kids were screaming the whole time And worst of all you don’t even see Paddington till a two minute robot at the end This is just not a high ended experience and I spent £200 basically on tickets - so bad I don’t understand the pricing versus the experience

If like my 6 year old you've come to meet Paddington you'll be disappointed. Best you get is a short "meeting" with a very robotic automaton that wasn't fooling even the toddlers....then a non talking 'pose with me' adult size model circulates for photos after the main tour. Given modern tech or some old fashioned imagination I think they could manage better.

This experience is really well presented, the attention to detail around the tour is very good. It’s a little bit rushed for my liking, get as many people through as possible and it feels like you never quite get enough time to explore each section of it. The other downfall is the price, it is very much on the upper end of something like this, without the new technology to add to the wow factor. If you’re a massive fan of Paddington then go but it’s a bit expensive for a casual tour.

I took my 6 year old granddaughter to this experience. We both enjoyed it. I wasn’t sure what to expect and was pleasantly surprised. It was interactive and each room and the characters was a great experience. Highly recommend this activity if you are traveling with kids.

It started off really strong, amazing attention to detail - all very magical. Loved the train and Mrs Brown. From the kitchen onwards, but especially in the jungle - it just seemed a bit rushed / chaotic - the actors spoke quickly / in accents and it was difficult for me to keep up let alone children. By the time it came to the jungle activity, children had started losing interest which added to the chaos. Then, all of a sudden, it ended!! The ending definitely needs a rethink, it feels so abrupt - I actually felt like we’d missed a bit out. It’s also a bit weird that you see an animatronic Paddington, then moments later, he’s wandering in the street party. That said, we did enjoy it - the parts that are magical are really magical. Would recommend for ages 4+ - my 5.5 year old was a good age. Beware of the prices at the street party - a marshmallow sized cake pop was £4.75 and £15 for a photo with Paddington.

I categorize the Paddington Experience in London as just cute. If you are a Paddington fan, which it is hard not to be, it is a must. However, my issue is the expense associated with the Experience. You should really examine and weigh both before going. Interestingly, if you are looking for just merchandise regarding the little bear then visit Paddington Station and go to the Paddington Store there, it has more variety than the Experience. Plus, visit Platform One at the Station and you can get a picture with the famous bear, it’s one of England’s iconic statues. The merchandise shop attached to the Paddington Experience is free to go into but it is limited. I hope this helps!

On the Paddigton world tour, it's a shame that due to a technical problem we moved the entrance time after 45 minutes of vain waiting making me lose a lot of time. Otherwise the tour has no audio guide and the guide speaks only English. Visiting some rooms seen in the movies is pleasant but I expected a little more emotion, cmq recommended.

We were late for tour, because tube delay. The children were very upset when we couldn't go in because we loose the slot, The manager Mark Jackson was busy flirting with the staff, I was in SHOCK when I saw this. We he came to us, he gave us new slot, but no apology then went back to the staff for flirting again. Terrrible - what is this man doing working here.

This was amazing!!! From the easy entrance through Gruber’s antique shop (the gift shop) you were transported into Paddington’s London. The actors, music, set was honestly brilliant. We loved it (my husband and I) as did my nine month old. This would be perfect for all ages, especially young children. The details involved are superb. Really enjoyed it and recommend for the feel good factor and who doesn’t love Paddington Bear!?

You need more characters where was Mr brown and the children . The party was not a party Mrs Bird dancing while you purchased your snack really. The rooms are fantastic and the activities good just the last room the party was a massive massive letdown .
