Accompanied by an expert official guide, we will discover the beauty of an ancient city like Granada and the Alhambra, which shelters as much history as legends of its inhabitants. This monumental complex includes El Generalife, summer residence of the sultans, the Nasrid palaces in their entirety and the Alcazaba (military part of the citadel).
Once we finish, we will go down to the city through the Puerta de la Justicia and continue along the old medieval access that led to the heart of the city, where we will continue our route through the old woodcutters' square (now the new square), leaning out to the façade of the Royal Chancery. We will also see the exteriors of Santa Ana.
We will enter the lower Albaicín and we will walk through its tea houses; Finally, we will continue through the old silk market, the Alcaicería, also visiting the exteriors of the Royal Chapel and the Cathedral of Granada, to end up enjoying a good snack.

If the tour does not meet the minimum number of visitors, the activity provider may cancel up to the day before the tour, offer the tour at another time, or transfer you to an English or bilingual (Spanish/English) tour.
*In the event that you need to cancel your tour, you will have a 100% penalty per person.
It is prohibited to enter with backpacks or bags larger than 40x40 cm. A free left-luggage service is made available to visitors upon presentation of the official ticket for the day. The visitor has two points where this service is offered: Access Pavilion. Building next to the Puerta del Vino. However, due to the limitation of units, these services can only be provided until existing availability is exhausted.

4.00We took the guided tour of the Alhambra with Jorge, who explained in a pleasant, fun and rigorous way the history of the Alhambra. A 10 for him. However, an important aspect is that the entrance did not include a visit to the Nasrid palaces. In our case, we were aware that this Service did not include visiting the palaces. We did not book tickets on the official website in advance and when we wanted to do so we saw that there were no more tickets that included the full visit (with the Nasrid palaces included) or were excessively expensive. However, the information through the Tiqets platform — which we use to book — is not as clear as it should be. In addition, the Tiqets platform does NOT point to a specific meeting point, but a general one at the entrance to the Alhambra where there are many people and many groups. This is VERY improveable. Nor does it indicate in a simple way that "Granada en tu manos" is the Local Enterprise that manages the visit, so my partner and I were going with some distrust. These details are what result in not giving 5 stars to the Service.

1.00Stunned At the specified “very precise” meeting point (quote: “Show the staff at the meeting point your mobile voucher” was not a tour guide of the company. But 15 other groups. I asked all the guides. No other tour guide knew this company. The group met somewhere else, over coffee just outside the entrance, the lady at the info office next to the entrance told me later. Luckily, the tickets were deposited in the coffee bar. Never ever this company

5.00We had an absolutely fantastic tour in October. We actually managed to old book the tour the day before for approx 40euros pp this included inside the palaces as well as the gardens. It was better than we ever could have expected. It was only a 2hour tour which was perhaps a little fast as our legs were so tired from so much walking around in Granada anyway. We actually left the tour slightly earlier to get refreshments and then continue at our own pace instead of feeling rushed. I understand there is a lot to get through but perhaps 3 hours would be better. (there were tours available at 3 hours so our error for booking 2hours!)
