1.00Awful experience. Had to go to 3 different people for tickets. 0 mention of needing your own headphones. Guided app had to be downloaded and due to being out of the country would not download.

1.00Awful experience. Do not book with these people!! They WAY overcharge (over 50%) and don’t even give you the audio guide part. They also gave us the wrong tickets first and the guide was very hard to find.

3.00Long wait to get in, definitely need a reminder to go to get ticket validated prior to waiting on line. Difficulty finding place to validate ticket.when arrived.when arrived inside front desk stated we did not have audio version so never received that service which we paid extra for.the museum itself was amazing.the organization of wait line was also very organized.do not miss seeing the museum its amazing
