3.00There was no audio guide. It was a skip the line ticket only. They did a terrible job explaining what we need to do. I went to their office as instructed and they said to go to the building and find your guide, which wasn’t easy. He didn’t explain much either but got my son and I a ticket and we pretty much skipped the line. When we got inside the lady handing out the audio guide said “AUDIO GUIDE NOT INCLUDED!” Several times until we got the message.

5.00Was very easy, skip line tickets got us in within a few minutes, 5-10 minute wait at most. Picked up tickets at office about a block and a half away from museum entrance. Short distance.

5.00Wonderful leader and easy to find. I had a family and friends and our leader was on time and easy to find and helped us navigate through a very busy tourist site.
Guide rushed us into entrance. Didn’t get audio guide

1.00Guide rushed us though entrance. Family was though ticket entrance before I asked where s audio guide? He shows me a QR code says download this and here’s the code for it. We have apple phones and he gave us the audio guide for android. He ran out the exit before I could get correct guide. WASTE OF MONEY.
