5.00Had an absolutely phenomenal experience! Our Tour guide LAX was an awesome tour guide! From the very beginning I felt like great care and attention was placed into our interests and crafting a thoughtful tour around it. Communication was great as well, which added excitement ahead of the tour. On the day of the tour, Lax met us in our hotel lobby and we were whisked away on an amazing one day tour tailored to our interests. Every step of the way, Lax made sure our needs were met and answered our many questions. Our tour was filled with cultural temple visits mixed with anime and other Tokyo highlights. The insight, knowledge, and gems he shared were invaluable and added richness to every stop. Lax was a great host and provided genuine great company as well! Energy is really important and he has a warm, fun, and kind energy that felt very hospitable and seemed to genuinely want to get to know us. At our request, Lax even added a unique/authentic tea experience to our itinerary that provided an unforgettable zen-like experience in the middle of a busy tour. I highly suggest this as a way to slow down and recharge. The tea ceremony was a reasonable price as well. By the end of the tour, we felt like we gained a friend. We scheduled this tour the day after we landed to get a lay of the land, get oriented with the subway system, and get an idea of where we'd want to return to explore. It's also a great cheat code to get insight on other hidden gems to visit and great food recommendations as well for the rest of your trip. This tour set the tone for a truly unforgettable experience! The only downside is the tour is so good, you'll miss not having him for the remaining days of the trip! I'd 1000% recommend this custom tour. 10 out of 10! Very pleased!

5.00My wife and I had a full day with Lax exploring Tokyo. It’s was all we could ask for, Lax shared a lot about Japanese history and culture. We explored multiple temples and shrines as well as tourist shopping locations. We also shared lunch and dinner together. We especially wanted to learn how to use the location subway / train transportation as we had an additional week in Tokyo to explore. We traveled across multiple stations and lines and in total walked an astonishing 12 miles during our 10 hour adventure. Would definitely recommend this Full Day Tour of Tokyo.
