1.00Would not recommend. Flew over 18 hours to get to Zurich, gave all the info on our arrival to company. There was a huge line to get through customs, they driver called us while in line and said sorry they could not wait and left us high and dry at the airport. I asked for a refund but they said no. Terrible! There is nothing we could do, and paid double to get to our airport. Stay away from this company.

5.00Our driver was waiting for us as we exited the baggage claim area. He was on time (even though our flight was late), took our bags to the car, water bottles were waiting for us and we got to the hotel in style!! What more could you ask for?
