Our driver or Assistant will meet you at some selected pick up point. They will be holding a sign with the lead traveler's name on it. The driver will then assist you with your luggage and load it into the awaiting vehicle, the vehicle in no more than 3 years old. 2.00We were suppose to go to Dover Cruise Port. There were 3 other people on transfer besides my family of 7. Thank goodness on of our party realized we were going in the wrong direction. He approached the driver and he said he was driving to Southampton Cruise Port (where the other 3 were suppose to go) He explained to the driver we are suppose to go to Dover. He refused to stop or turn around. We had to call the company and they told us to tell him to stop at the closest rest stop. He refused saying he is not doing anything until he heard from his boss. My daughter tried to tell him we had to be there at a certain time. He shrugged his shoulders. We had to call back the company to tell them that he refuses to do anything until they call him. They did call and made arrangements to stop and they brought another vehicle to transfer the other party to Southampton. It was a very upsetting transfer.
