Travelers will experience a real truffle hunt with the help of my trained dogs followed by a lunch based entirely on fresh truffle. Furthermore, if guests will have the pleasure I will be able to show them the various truffle preparation techniques in the kitchen.

What an amazing experience this was!! Matteo and the other Matteo were amazing hosts for the hunt. Shout out to Wendy and Bobby for doing the hard part. The woods were beautiful. Cool air. Leaves changing colors. The lunch was INSANELY good. So much food and wine and after dinner drinks. The staff there is amazing and the property is endless. You feel like you are family. Highly recommended and will definitely be back again!

We had such a fun and unforgettable truffle hunting experience with Matteo, Bobby, and Wendy in the countryside near Rome! Matteo was super friendly and shared so many interesting things about truffles. Bobby and Wendy were absolutely adorable!! Every time they found a truffle, we had to run to catch up because they wanted to eat it right away, imagine how delicious it must be! After the hunt, we enjoyed a delicious lunch with amazing truffle dishes, risotto, burrata, and more. Everything was perfect from start to finish. Grazie mille Matteo, for such a wonderful and authentic experience! We really enjoyed it and will recommend it to everyone visiting Rome!

Our day with Matteo and his dogs hunting in the forest was a once in a lifetime experience! Matteo was so warm and welcoming and the group became quick friends over a long lunch made by Matteo and his staff…we will remember this wonderful day forever!

Absolutely loved the experience! Day spent in the autumn forest hunting truffles with the dogs and listening to Matteos great knowledge about truffles was exactly the way to spend the day after busy weekend in Rome city center. The food was also amazing. Perfect!

Every single detail of this experience is absolutely amazing! The countryside is breathtaking, as is the property where you'll enjoy the most delicious lunch. Matteo and his staff were so hospitable and even accommodated a food allergy for me! As for the truffle hunting- do not miss this!! The dogs are adorable and it is so cool to watch them work (when not stealing a little truffle treat for themselves 🤭) I give this experience a 10/10

It was great to spend some time in the woods out of the city. Matteo was very gracious. The food after the truffle hunt was excellent.

Great tour. Easy to get to meeting location. The hunting was very educational. Kids love hiking around with dogs. Food was amazing. Mateo and his dad did a terrific job. We highly recommend it.

Easily one of the best things to do when in Rome. After a few days of walking the crowded city and its many monuments ot’s so refreshing to go off to the countryside. A lot of walking in the forested hills sorrounded by other foodies and cute dogs really gives you a space to breathe. Everything is finished by a dinner filled with trufflea. If you like them then It’s the trip that you should take!

So much fun walking through the bush with Matteo and his dogs to find the truffles. But you’ve got to be quick because when they find them the dogs might try to eat them for them selves. The meal we had was great that Matteo and his friends cooked for us with the freshly found truffles. Another great experience, and highly recommended to break up the hustle & bustle of Rome.
