5.00Serena was an excellent presenter, professional but friendly and very open to questions and discussions. It was a very small "class" (only three people), which added to the ambiance.

5.00Awesome experience! Pei was very friendly and knowledgeable. We enjoyed learning about tea and how the different types are processed. If you’re at all interested in tea or you’re a tea-drinker, I would highly recommend this class.

5.00Gosh this 2 hour workshop was a wonderful experience, there was so much history to learn and our guide Paye/Paige? (Apologise for perhaps getting the name wrong) was so professional. I honestly did not expect there was so much in to making and brewing teas, and so may variables affecting it's aroma, colour, taste and after taste ! Once in a lifetime definitely if you want to learn !

5.00This truly is a masterclass and not only do you walk away with a better appreciation of the history of tea, you also learn so much about your palette for teas and how to brew the best cup! Such an amazing an unique experience and certainly a must do!

5.00We had a small group of 3 in my class and the staff at Twinings could not have been more welcoming! Our Masterclass teacher was extremely knowledgeable and the whole experience went very smoothly. For the first hour, we enjoyed a cup of classic Earl Grey with a shortbread cookie while he walked us through a history of tea. He then explained how to “slurp” your tea correctly and walked us through each tea we were sampling. It was a cozy and informative couple of hours and I’d highly recommend!
Incredible tea knowledge and service! If in the area and you ever sorta like tea do this! You won’t regret it.

5.00I’m a tea lover and this was so much fun for me! Pei was so knowledgeable and fun during the masterclass. I’d highly recommend. The two hours flew by. Staff upstairs was fun and helpful too. Loved the entire experience!
