1.00We were in the waiting area for 45 minutes. I was contacting viator on the provided message section explaining that I could NOT find anyone that fit the description on the description and meeting point section. I asked other guides, the military police, and other people as well. There was no clear flag or person that I could see, I signage. Nothing. I came to Florence for one day with the sole purpose of visiting the uffizzi gallery. I didn’t get replied to until it was too late to join the alleged tour I never found and I was told I could rebook it. I honestly feel that the lack of signage and the fact that they don’t care is truly telling. I won’t ever take viator again as a tour company. And I plan to say this on review boards.

5.00Finding the tour meeting point was simple and easy. We were treated with respect and friendliness by our guide, Giovanna, who was extremely knowledgeable and pleasant to listen to. I would recommend this tour to get inside the Uffizi as well as to get a general experience. If you want a more subjective and detailed tour, I would suggest an audio guided experience as the museum’s collection is large.

4.00. Easy to find guide meeting point. Stefan our guide was very engaging. He is well-studied in Art History and brought the artwork and artists to life for me by pointing out subtleties and differences between styles of art through the different periods. I would recommend the highlights tour with Viator then stay after to see the rest of the Gallery.
