5.00Fantastic tour with Alice. It was lovely walking around the farm with her, picking ingredients while she explained all the different plants. The cooking was really well organised with simple instructions but produced 4 outstanding dishes that we really enjoyed making and they tasted delicious. Would highly recommend

5.00We had a fantastic day with Lin at the organic farm and cooking tour. Pick up was at the time scheduled and then only one other couple which made the experience intimate and fun. The drive out to the farm was easy even though it was 1.5 hrs but our driver was very competent. First stop was a home farm but we would recommend omitting from the day tour. Very confrontational to see the animals in small pens and chained into the concrete enclosures. The organic farm which also produces cashews and black pepper was great. The cooking area was clean and well organized. The only draw back which was no one’s fault was there was a power failure and so no fans or aircon which for us westerners was very hard to endure. Cooking class was 10/10 and we cooked some great food!

5.00Our chef / teacher was knowledgeable, fun, helpful and generous. The cooking class exceeded our expectations. We learned not just how to prepare the four dishes we cooked, but the why behind the techniques and ingredients. The farm to table approach gives you a deeper understanding of food and culture in Vietnam. Highly recommend.

5.00We had a brilliant morning with our host, guide and chef - Linh. Once out of the city, you arrive on an organic farm, where you pick so many of the ingredients you cook with, as well as a room filled with mushrooms growing in it! We loved how you prepared food and then enjoyed it as you go rather than eating it all at the end. We also really appreciated how Linh carefully worked with our 9 year old daughter so that she was able to get the most out of the experience. Highly recommend to anyone who loves learning about food - thank you to the whole team!

5.00This was a fun activity! I was graciously picked up at my hotel and off we went to the farm. It was a nice experience to see the variety of herbs that they grow there. It is a busy place. I did learn quite a few tips on cooking the various foods. If you like to cook, you will enjoy this.

5.00We first toured the gardens, collecting produce for our lesson. Chef Linh did a great job with the menu & instruction. We had a class with just the two of us & we cooked the entire meal, starting with fried prawn spring rolls, a noodle salad with julienned vegetables topped with bbq pork, chicken curry, & fried banana spring rolls for dessert. We received recipes but Chef taught the ratios for the sauces. We've had a number of cooking classes & this was one of the best.

5.00We had the most amazing time with our tour guide Alice! It was fabulous to learn about the history and medicinal properties of Vietnamese plants. My friends and I thoroughly enjoyed our experience and would recommend this experience in a heartbeat to anyone.
