A dress code is required to enter places of worship and selected museums. No shorts or sleeveless tops allowed. Knees and shoulders MUST be covered for both men and women. You may risk refused entry if you fail to comply with these dress requirements
Name on the ticket: All entrance tickets must be purchased in the name of the visitor. It is mandatory to ensure that the name entered during the booking process matches the visitor's identification. Regardless of the purchaser, the ticket must be in the visitor's name to be valid for entry.
Invalid Tickets: If the name on the ticket does not match the identity of the visitor, the ticket will be considered invalid and cannot be used for entry.
Liability: We do not accept any responsibility for any mistakes made during the booking process. If the visitor's name is entered incorrectly, the ticket will be invalid and no refunds or corrections can be made.
Security: Visitors must pass through airport-style security. The wait at the security checkpoint can last more than 30 minutes, depending on Vatican security.

2.00Honestly this tour was chaotic and disorganized. I don't want to name my guide here, but felt they were flippant toward some questions from our group and sped walked us through what was supposed to be an enjoyable experience. Honestly we were moving through the museum at breakneck speed to the point where multiple folks in our group were vocalizing how hot they were / needed water / were sweating so much. We couldn't hear most of what was being presented to us during the museum tour and we weren't given much info on the Sistine Chapel - we ended up just googling fun facts while inside and when we got out. We appreciated that we could skip the line to the basilica, especially during this busy Jubilee season, but the tour ending was abrupt and left us confused as to where to go. If you want to skip the line, no BS - book this tour. If you want something slower and more informative, I highly highly recommend looking elsewhere - especially if you have those in your group that are of older age or not as able-bodied.

1.00Would have rather seen less and understood more rather than sprinting through the Vatican Museum at breakneck speed. Get with the times and encourage visitors to use a virtual guide with gps prompts or other means to tell visitors what they are seeing at their own pace. Would also prevent language barrier with guides.

5.00Everything on time, our guide Roberto was very knowledgeable and he answered all out questions and took his time touring each section and didn’t rush thru the museums. It was a very nice experience

1.00This partner of viator held us over about 1.5 hour to start tour. 3 people did not arrive because of delayed traffic. As well we’re were over 15 minutes late for tour group entry so had to get on the line for skip the line. not that I do not believe that we hold up old up 5-10 minutes for some slightly delayed people. But held up 16 for of us for these 3. Then once in they arrived had to bathroom and tour continued to delay. Vatican museum tour was then rushed to move thru sites. Basically 11:45am tour time did not end till after 3pm and did not have any Vatican time yet. But expected to be 2.5 hours turned into full day and little time for Vatican.
Fabulous experience in The Vatican.

5.00The guide we ha (Roberto) was fantastic. He brought the museums to life. Very impressed also with the agency who advised how we could visit The Basilica without coming back to pay more for a tour. The WHOLE experience was absolutely first rate. Mind you, the setting does help. L
