1.00They let ua book a Vatican tour when they should have known the Vatican was closed that day. We showed up at the meeting point and no one was there. Spent 35 euro for a taxi to get to and from the meeting spot for nothing. Waiting for a refund after a frustrating chat on WhatsApp trying to figure out what was going on.

1.00It was awful experience, we waited in a long queue and then the entry was closed, we couldnot enter and lost our 3 hours waitung for tour to start and tgen the queue. They just roll the dice - you prefer to stand in queue on your own. Its not worth to pay extra lots of money in absolutely nothing. The probability to enter is absolutely the same as you domt buy this tour, they propose no value at all in terms of entry, even worse, they make u wait and lose your time which you could apend in line more effectively.

1.00The experience was unacceptable, marred by significant delays, a failure to deliver on promised services, and appalling conduct from your staff. We were instructed to arrive at 17:00. Upon arrival, we were immediately told to leave and return at 17:30, with the explanation that "people are normally late." This initial instruction resulted in a 30-minute delay before the tour was even meant to begin. Upon returning at 17:30, we were forced to wait an additional 30 minutes before finally leaving for the Vatican. In total, we experienced a one-hour wait (from 17:00 to 18:00) without any adequate explanation or apology for the delay. Upon reaching the Vatican, the tour failed entirely to deliver the promised "NO LINES" service. We were forced to wait in line for another 30 minutes to gain entry. In summary, the booking was scheduled to begin at 17:00, yet we only entered the Vatican approximately two hours later. This two-hour wait is completely unacceptable for a pre-booked

5.00Our guide told us the story of Vatican and Michelangelo and of course Jesus in a fascinating way that I felt a need to dive into his art and that part of history! I was in Rome only for 2 days and I was lucky that I could find a ticket for the best team, believe me the guy studies the church's history and history of religion, you'll learn so much more than just observing the art!

3.00The tour was ok, but when we got to the location to check-in they didn't have our information which was a little alarming. The guide spoke English, but very quickly, so with the accent it was hard to catch what he was saying at times. He also didn't explain the tour very well, so many people had to ask him if we were actually going to the Sistine Chapel. Two people left the group early, which was fine, but then the guide kept complaining that now he had to pay for the headsets. It just didn't feel very professional. I would choose a different tour group next time.
