2.00Beautiful place but the guide Elisabeth was not impressive. Hard to understand and stressed. Only ”hard facts”. Nothing extra about ex stories about the people who created the history. Also, the Basilica has free enterance, no fee. No skip the line included. So i don’t understand why it is listed.

5.00Phenomenal tour. The guide was excellent and knowledgeable. Provided in-depth knowledge of everything that was seen. Having heard our guide and others, I felt we were given a great deal of detail and fascinating historical insights. More importantly, they had fantastic customer service. We told the tour coordinator, Enrica, that we were having a different tour that afternoon and that I mistakenly booked the two close together. Enrica bent over backwards to help us so we wouldn't miss any of the Vatican, the Sistine Chapel, or the Basilica. Her compassion for the situation made all the difference. I will highly recommend Tours of Rome to those traveling.

5.00I booked a semi private guided tour and it was well worth it to skip the lines; the Vatican receives 30,000 visitors a day! And the lines are crazy long. However by paying the extra to skip the line it took less than 10 min to get in. Our guide was very knowledgeable and in about 3 hours you have seen it all except the Cathedral, which we did by ourselves. Although the queue was long that was also well worth it. There is a lot of security check points similar to airports.
