1.00The guide never showed up, no matter I contacted the day earlier or a few minutes before we supposed to meet. We waited for more than 40 minutes at the meetup point and kept calling the guide, never ever responded. I had to contact the customer service, and even the agent couldn’t reach out to the guide. We did prepayment and need to go through refund process, not even sure if we can get the money back. Terrible experience and it is a scam!

5.00Cristina was more than amazing!! She was very personable, had a very good feel for our needs and wants, was attentive and a fantastic story teller! He went out of his way to be a very good host. This experience was well worth the money as we had no waits in the hot sun, and in the end we shared an Uber to grab some lunch. I highly recommend her as a unsurpassable and personal VIP experience
