• Great studio tour, AWFUL transport, INACCURATE description

  We had this tour of Harry Potter booked for pick up at 8:30 am with private transportation. The driver arrived at 8:20 am and we came downstairs to find our transportation was shared and there were additional guests to pick up who were 30 minutes away. We are all over 6 feet tall and can’t sit in the back row and need space, so we booked a private transport so we would be comfortable. We told the driver we wanted to take an Uber when he picked up the guests after us. He informed us that he had to get to the studios to give us the tickets and didn’t have them with him to give to us. You don’t get the tickets when you book. You have to arrive with your transport and get them via the driver. We were stuck there for the duration of the trip. This was not communicated in the description of the tour with private transportation. We were not told it was a shared driver. We were told to be ready at 8:30 am, but we did not get on the road until 9 am. The tickets for admission were 10-10:30 am and that was also not in the description. The driver driver 80 mph the entire trip and almost crashed or hit another vehicle several times. It was terrifying. We did not travel home with the group and instead paid for an Uber ride back to the hotel. I will 100% NOT recommend this tour to anyone. The studio tour was amazing! But, do not book the tour with private transport unless you want to share the ride, arrive late, and have a nail biting 60+ minute drive to the studios. I would give studio tour 5⭐️, but the transport and communication 0 ⭐️

  Do not book this experience with this operator as they have no compassion, booked early April for Easter week though by accident booked for May, literally 2 min after and more than a month in advance tried changing or if the operator can provide an alternative though no compassion. No refund no nothing. I’m sure this experience is amazing though if you are not 1001% sure of your plans, I’m sure there are alternatives to book with!!! I have booked with Viator multiple times in Egypt, Mexico, France, London though the support from them was horrible (if something goes wrong YOUR ISSUE) again book with someone else there are a lot, I made the mistake and thought loyalty meant something

• Excellent! Would have better to have 2 more hours. 4 hours isn’t enough to see and do everything.

  Excellent experience wish we had more time. Transport service was great. The venue was amazing. Had 4 hours for the tour. Six would be better.

  Trip was good and quiet. No issues with the tickets (driver bought them). We were 5 people in a van and fitted comfortably. My only discomfort is that this was advertised to last 4-5h in the Studio. However we only got around 2h30 which is a pretty short amount of time, because of this I missed activities and rushed into the tour, there were a lot of things I couldn’t see well. If you want to get the whole experience I would recommend at least 4h. It’s a shame considering the price and how far it is for foreigners.

  The whole experience was outstanding. You don't have to be a Harry Potter tragic to marvel at the production of this series. There was a 'Dark Arts' theme going for this month (?) and although the costumes and acting were predictably good, it failed to add any "wow" factor, in my opinion. Excellent displays of the sets, costumes and illustrations, including the special effects that went into the production process. We were provided transport that was very efficient and reliable. A great day !
