  The whole tour was amazing from the start with the motorbike ride to the water puppets, the show was great then back on the nines to the river cruise. The food was great, the boat and crew lovely and then to finish the tour with a motorbike ride through the city and to all the out of the way back alley real Vietnam experience. Loved every minute a big thanks to our tour guides Kieran and Levi

  We had Kieran as a guide and he was excellent. This was a last minute booking so we were on a little different boat for dinner than they usually take but I am glad it worked out that way. We started out with the water puppet show which was surprisingly fun. Then we made our way to the dinner cruise, Tau Ben Nghe. It had all Vietnamese foods, they had live seafood onboard and took the fish we order fresh from the tank to cook it. We also had a seafood hotpot that was excellent. Loved the more local cruise as well as their traditional water puppet show to start the night.

  The day before the tour we received a text message advising that the buffet option which we had booked months in advance had sold out and our only option was to upgrade and pay for the VIP option. As this had been booked for nye we felt we had no option as our children wanted to experience the boat ride and see the fireworks. The set menu was not child friendly so we were extremely disappointed to have to pay extra for food that we knew they would not eat. As i stated, we felt we had no option as the original payment had been taken and we didn’t have time to make other plans. Our guide, Oliver, was fantastic, very knowledgeable and a great help- making sure we had everything we needed and making sure our friends, on the same trip but stuck in traffic, were also looked after. I would give him 5/5 stars for his attitude and support

  Starting off with a brilliant Water Puppets show. The boat experience was amazing, our tour guide Oliver went above and beyond when traffic chaos caused us to miss the boat. Oliver quickly arranged alternative transport out to the boat creating an amazing memory for all of us.

  This tour was very enjoyable. Our tour guide, Castle, was super nice and friendly and full of information about the city. The puppet show was funny and interesting and the city lights looked beautiful at night from the cruise boat. The negatives were the tour was very rushed and time was so tight, we had to leave the puppet show early and didn’t get to watch the whole thing. Also, when we got to the boat cruise, there wasn’t much food left, so we had to scrape the bottom of the barrel for food. I thought they would bring out more food but they didn’t. So yeah, we were really eating the last bit of food left. The food was tasty and I’m sure it would’ve been better if most of it hadn’t been almost finished by the time we got there. The music was also really loud and we could barely hear each other talking. Good thing they stopped after a while. Also the boat looks a little older and more outdated than the other ones. Overall, an enjoyable tour and thing to do in Ho Chi Minh and I recommend but mostly because the tour guide was really nice.
