2.00Everyone who had tickets from anyone other than Westminster itself had to stay in separate queue after security to get actual ticket. We had tickets for 9:30am -openings, came at 9:15 and did not get to security until 10. Than we had to stay another line to exchange vouchers for actual tickets. Did not get to cathedral until 11.05. Had to change/cancel plans. Some people in line were just leaving as they had other arrangement. Very disappointed. I used Viator for a while now and this is my first really bad experience.

1.00Buy front of the line tickets, there was a 2 hour wait to get into the actual building even if u previously purchased timed tickets. We weren't able to wait that long because we had a train to catch. Very disappointed
