Windsor Castle
The town of Windsor is best known for its historical links to the British royal family, and it is suitably steeped in pageantry and history. Towering over the rest of the town is Windsor Castle, the ancestral home of the English and later British monarchy, and largest inhabited castle in the world. It has been the family home of British kings and queens for almost 1,000 years and is today one of the official residences of His Majesty The King. Occupying over 10.5 hectares, the Castle offers a varied day out for visitors, including a visit to the magnificent State Apartments and St George's Chapel. The Castle's State Apartments are furnished with some of the finest works from the Royal Collection, reflecting the changing tastes of the Castle's royal occupants, particularly those of Charles II and George IV. Many of the works of art are still in the historic settings for which they were first collected or commissioned by the kings and queens who have lived at Windsor.
St. George's Chapel
St George's Chapel at Windsor Castle in England, is a chapel designed in the high-medieval Gothic style. It is both a Royal Peculiar, a church under the direct jurisdiction of the monarch, and the Chapel of the Order of the Garter. Seating approximately 800,[1] it is located in the Lower Ward of the castle.

Great day. Len was an excellent guide with not only facts, but great stories and very open to all kinds of questions. Would highly recommend. Ahmed did great driving. Time was a little short at Windsor because we waited an hour in line to get in. Only had time to see the State Apartments and Changing of the Guard before we had to leave. Otherwise it was fabulous.

Tour delivers the promised, doing several attractions on the same day. Time is running out and people who do not arrive at the place at the agreed time are left behind, to ensure the completion of the journey. Although the time was short on the attractions (especially Windsor), it was enough to get to know the locations and see the main highlights. From the beginning, our guide made it clear that we could only see the highlights. Both she and the driver were cordial and friendly all the time. My only reservation: I wish the guide had told more about historical facts and curiosities about the locations. Since our tour was in two languages, she had less speech time in general.

As advertised this was a full day, more a taste of each experience rather than an in depth experience. Our guide Simon was great and shared many interesting tidbits. He was also capable of controlling the approximately 50 people on tour and kept us moving and on schedule

Kevin and Zenon were great. Theis is a great way to see some sights in a packed day. Zenon got us there and back in due time and Kevin provided the factoids, jokes, and timely arrivals. This is a rather full on day. If you prefer to go at your own pace or think you might want to dwell at sights longer, you may want to split it up in different days. However, since I was only in London for 5 days, this was a great way for my husband and I to see some sights in the nearby town. It was about 1.5 hrs to Windsor first then about another to Stonehenge, and another hour lastly to the Roman baths. Windsor and the Roman baths have cute shopping towns around them but at Stonehenge, it's basically just that. The shortest landmark is Stonehenge but I still enjoyed my time. I would strongly encourage people to research Windsor and Bath beforehand to see if they would like to spend more than 45 min - 1 hr there. Some people felt rushed but I feel like I got what we wanted out of each site.
