1st area: snorkel on a coral reef, full of fish and marine life with an 8-12 feet depth, warm water, and few or non sea currents.
2nd area: admire statues from 2 musa underwater art galleries: “blessings” and “vestiges.” .
3rd area: time to find some turtles, 96-98% chances to see from 1-5 turtles! We might also see and swim with rays.
4th area:explore a shipwreck full of coral and many multicolored fish. The crystal clear water and white sand in this place will make you feel like you are swimming in a natural turquoise pool!
5th Area: : Last but not least, a cenote! Dive in an underwater cenote and explore this fantastic natural formation.

5.00Great experience! Keke, Justin and Chuy were amazing tour guides on this extravaganza. I hope you are lucky enough to get them for your tour. Friendly and funny throughout the trip yet kept everyone together and safe at all times. Millions of fish, two huge turtles, the reef, cenotes, underwater museum and ship wreck were all amazing stops. Thank you all for an adventure we won’t soon forget!

1.00I had a very disappointing and unprofessional experience with this company. The night before my snorkeling tour, they texted me saying the activity was cancelled due to “weather conditions” and offered either a refund or a different activity. I asked for a refund. A few hours later they messaged again saying suddenly there was an opening for a different time slot and I could go if I wanted. Then again they said the weather was bad and suggested I switch to another activity. I checked the alternative activities they offered on Viator, and both were listed at $49, which is $10 cheaper than what I originally paid for snorkeling. Naturally, I expected a $10 refund for the price difference. I went to the activity (ATV/Zipline), and everyone I asked said they also booked it through Viator for $49. After the activity, they never sent my refund. When I followed up, they claimed the activity I did was actually $120 and that they gave me a “discount.” This was completely untrue — the same activity is clearly listed on Viator for $49. They clearly assumed I wouldn’t check. It felt extremely dishonest and scammy. I will be reaching out to Viator support because this kind of behavior should not be allowed on the platform. I do not recommend booking with this company.

5.00Wow! I can’t give this activity enough stars. It was exactly what was described, and the sites themselves were spectacular. The cenotes, the reef…all that the island has to offer on a good day is indescribably beautiful. I wish you as good fortune as we had on our excursion. In addition, I have to commend the professionalism of our guide, Captain, and crewperson/photographer (Kika, Barracuda, and Layden, I believe). They were focused on our safety at all times and ensured that explanations and expectations were communicated ahead of time. Equipment was in excellent working order and any questions were thoroughly answered. This is a good activity for people who are both new to snorkeling or are experienced snorkelers, but I recommend that adventurers be confident swimmers - life jackets are absolutely provided, but you are in the Atlantic and it does not play - you will be signing a waiver to participate and are responsible for your swimming ability.

5.00We had an amazing time! Our guide, boat driver, and photographer were fantastic. The experience was educational and so much fun. I recommend buying the picture and/or video package, it’s worth it.

5.00We had an excellent time. Chewy our guide was knowledgeable, and great with children and also swimmers that weren’t very confident. Worth every penny, so make sure you pay to get the photos. They call you by first name and make certain your group stays together and back on the boat before take off to the next spot! Highly recommend and would attend again!

1.00Pretty poor experience. Rushed at each snorkel site. Cramped boat. About 300 people in the water at some points from all different companies. Not much free snorkelling had to follow the guide at all times and stick with people that couldn't swim. Not much fun when you're experienced snorkeller and you have to battle with 100 people who cant swim and are kicking about all around one turtle. For an ocean experience super disappointed they used single use plastics and crowded marine life. Only positive I can give is that they have good quality snorkel gear, no leaks and even had prescription goggles. Guide was very fake and then super aggressive when you weren't back on the boat within 2 minutes that he said, but its hard to do so when you're lost in a sea of 200 people in the water. Disappointing.

5.00This was my first time snorkeling, and I’m so glad I booked this trip with Total Snorkel. My guide, Daisy, and our captain, Juan, were absolutely fabulous at what they do! I loved the experience so much. Daisy prepared us really well—she helped us test the equipment and practice breathing underwater before we started. I was also happy that it wasn’t a big group; there were only nine of us, which allowed the guide to give everyone enough attention and made the experience feel relaxed and uncrowded. I have been to cancun few times, so far this is the best tour experience i ever had.

5.00Honestly thank u so much Chuy my heart goes out to u for :( helping me see the beauty the ocean has! I’m blind and have very high perception glasses but Chuy went beyond and brought out some prescription snorkels they had so I could see🥹 it was so beautiful they even have high numbers like -6-8 + it was honestly so sweet and everyone was so funny like captain Juanito and lily ❤️ taught me to drive so I can take a picture with a sea turtle
