  The guides Dimi and Mati were sensational telling various stories, myths and explanations about the Aurora Boreal. They took us to points with the best chance of seeing the Aurora Boreal. Always willing to help and remove doubts. The journey was quiet and very punctual. I highly recommend!

  We did the big bus Aurora tour and it was fantastic - the bus was comfortable and warm; the campfire, hot drinks, and marshmallows was a lovely experience out in the snow; the snowsuits they provided were warm and comfy. We were also lucky with amazing displays of the aurora, though of course no one can really control that! However the real heroes were our two guides and our driver: Joana, Sara, and Bogdan. They were all brillliant. Bogdan was super friendly all while driving us safely to some great spots and tending to the fire. Sara and Joana both had an infectious enthusiasm and energy, created a great atmosphere, looked after everybody, were very knowledgeable, and took incredible photos, making sure everyone had a turn. Thanks to the three of them for a fantastic night!

  The two guides Hans Eric and Joana, have selected great spots for Aurora Borealis observation. An unforgettable evening with the happiness of fantastic Northern Lights. Too bad the personal pictures - at least ours upside down - were provided.

  Dimi is an excellent guide and Socrates a super careful driver! We spent a very nice night in an island off Tromsö! We recommend!

  Disappointing, the first disappointment was not having seen good auroras, the forecast was bad, we knew it was going to be cloudy, but I am left with the feeling that both guide and driver could have done much more for us to see something better. We were looking at the same day's photos of the other bus and they saw better scenery. The professional photos have nothing... and the ones they make available for free are of landscape and of a very questionable artistic quality... for the price of the excursion and on days when all you see is an almost green sky, it would have been a good detail to give you the photos. Our bus stopped at the side of the road, we spent a while without fire or bonfire looking at a sky without auroras, the guide at one time said “it seems to me that there is aurora” took photos and were clouds. All very disappointing. Our guide was very friendly but lacked experience and knowledge of the auroras, told us more about her life and because she moved to Tromso than the auroras. Finally the driver made the fire, we stayed 15 minutes and left, My advice: make sure the weather conditions are right or if there are forecast cloudy skies, rain or snow don't lose money because it's not worth it,

  The crappiest sunrise of the whole holiday. We were lucky enough to see every night the dawn and we saw better ones downtown! During the dawn the guide told us that you could not stop with the bus (there was a gas station 10 meters but I'm afraid they can not improvise). By the time we stopped the dawn was gone... It was an endless bus ride to see very little. Many spots had already been occupied by other tours. The only positive thing was the stop at the beach, which even at night had suggestive views (but nothingw to do with the dawn). They offer two free photos but of course not the ones they make you that are paid. Double cheat!!!! Other tours are better organized.

  Many thanks to Annbritt & Hans-Eric , the two of them gave me such a great experience. Professionally and with a lot of knowledge I had a mega time on January 10th. Lady Aurora was so intense and after we were brought to our hotels I fell asleep sooo happy 💚🩵💙🙏

  It’s a really lucky trip that I saw the most amazing view I’ve ever seen, not only the rare red aurora, but also the dancing lights. The stuffs are also full of passion and energy, I love the trip and this is the best Christmas I’ve ever had! Thank you all !!

  Our guides were great in setting expectations, noting that what you see online is not what usually happens. Tromso itself gets only I think they said 3-5 cloudless evenings per month, which is the point of signing up for a tour such as this: they know where there are clear skies. The night before we went, they apparently had to drive 3-4 hours toward Finland, but we were lucky, having to drive only about an hour. However, when we arrived the auroras weren't very strong. We waited, somewhat disappointed. But we know the tour company can't control what the sun is doing! However, our guides were smart and didn't move us from the patch of clear sky ...and with time the auroras came out strongly! We realised this is what we paid for: their expertise in knowing where to go and what to do. If we had rented a car and gone on our own, with the apps we knew of, we would not have had this experience. Also, the guides Dimi and Stina were great photographers as well as phenomenal people! <3 We felt lucky to have signed up for this tour, and to have gone with them!
