Worst transfer experience ever

1.00Confirmed pickup time 2 days earlier. Night before, they sent an email updating the time. We were at the ballet that night with no cell phones. Got back late and had no reason to check email. They came an hour earlier than I confirmed and, of course, we were not there so they left! We had to pay almost double for last minute cab. They wouldn't even give refund since they "notified me". Would never use again.
