We had an excellent experience with Michal Kr and our driver. The communication was fantastic from my first message until the day of the tour. Everything happened like clockwork and all my questions were answered. We were collected from our hotel by our lovely driver who arranged a packed lunch for us which was great value and delicious. He kept us informed at all times of the sequence of the day and drove us between the 2 sites. I cannot recommend highly enough !

Well organised tour. Excellent communication throughout. Would definitely recommend michael kr. Our driver luckasz krpt us informed of oick up etc and arrived on time and was always there for us. No queuing and even though it rained the whole trip an experience not to ve missed.

The whole booking process has been very easy and well explained. I originally booked for last year but had to move my break to this year. Michal was great, no issues at all. Once rebooted, I added lunch which is brilliant value and very tasty. Our driver was so helpful, and made the whole day so straightforward. I will most definitely use again and will tell anyone I know to use these guys.

Fantastic service from start to finish. Highly recommend Auschwitz & Salt Mine Tours for your trips in Krakow. Booking was easy and Michal Kr gave us lots of advice. Our driver Łukasz messaged the day before our trip to arrange our pick-up time. He arrived promptly the next day and was friendly and informative throughout the trip. We also took the option of a packed lunch - great value at under £10 for a fresh baguette, apple, banana, crisps, chocolate, apple juice and a bottle of water. The tour of Auschwitz-Birkenau itself was sobering and thought-provoking, but one I’m glad I experienced.

Booking was easy, communication was brilliant and our tour guide arrived on time and was so friendly and knowledgeable, his driving was also great! We were kept up to date with the itinerary for the day, never felt rushed at any point and we were given the option of ordering a packed lunch to save waiting in vending machine queues, I would definitely recommend ordering this as the food was lovely. The transport was clean and we were kept warm and comfortable for the trip. I would definitely book again for future tours in and around Krakow…in-fact we also booked Zakopane and Thermal Pools which was another great day out, our tour guide helped us purchase cable car tickets to take us to the top of the mountain and gave us his number for any help we might have needed whilst we had free time to explore the Village. 10/10, 5 star 🌟

Booked through Michal Kr and would highly recommend, everything went so smoothly. We were given our pick up time the day before and our lovely driver was waiting outside our hotel right on time. Travelled in a really nice comfortable minibus and tour tickets were given to us as soon as we arrived, our driver took us to exactly where we needed to be to start the tour and after the tour he was waiting for us with our packed lunches. We have already booked to come back to krakow next year so will definitely be booking more trips with Michal, everything was perfect!
