  Wanted a nice trip while traveling for work. Great experience. The driver and guide were perfect. The driver was helpful and communicated well around plans and logistics and the guide presented with the appropriate demeanor, making the event exactly what I was hoping for. Would definitely use them again when I return with family.

  First, the tour of Auschwitz itself was excellently done and very informative, emotional, and impactful. This rating does not reflect anything after we started the official tour. This rating is meant to reflect the company that drove us and set up the tour. They were not up front about what the day would look like at all. At 6:30 pm the day before, we were told to expect a 5:30 am pickup. When I inquired why so early, they said our driver would have to queue to buy us tickets, but that we could have breakfast while that happened. The following morning, our driver told us we would have to stand in line most of the time and could only grab a quick breakfast in shifts. We stayed in line for about 2.5 hours only to find that the only available English tour were at 2 pm, about 4 hours from the current time. Our driver was kind enough to tell us some history of the town, show us around, and take us to lunch but it was a slow 4 hours. My major problem was that none of this waiting was communicated clearly. I had no idea that when I was picked up at 5:30 am I would not make it back to Krakow until after 7 pm. Information was only ever shared at a trickle. Many of the people in our group were under the impression they had reserved tickets, whihc of course we did not. I know I booked last minute and still think I would have chosen to queue and deal with all the waiting but not being told in advance felt unprofessional.

  Comprehensive history lesson. Well organized. A lot of walking but not bad. Our driver Damian was excellent!!!

  We took the tour with driver Jacob - he was prompt and informative, and extremely helpful. Auschwitz-Birkenau is such an important part of history that I think anyone visiting the area needs to visit at least once in their lifetime. It is such an emotional experience and the area is truly imbedded with evil there. You cannot comprehend the scale unless you have seen it in person. The tour itself if taken with the official Auschwitz-Birkenau tour guides, who are very knowledgeable and are happy to answer any questions we had.

  The guide was excellent and the service and punctuality was great. Overall one of the best tours I could have expected.
