1.00I wish I could rate it 5 stars but the company Escape Teotihuacan is a SCAM! First, we booked a FULLY private tour as stated upon booking and they told us last minute that it wasn’t. Second, they took us a to a random breakfast restaurant but it wasn’t a buffet as stated in their website. Third, we signed up for professional photos to be taken and was told we could take as many pictures as we want and we can get all copies for $1,500 MX, they sent me 20 pictures only out of 100 or more pictures we took that day and I asked for the rest, still no response!! The tour was supposed to be in English and Spanish, we met with an interpreter but he had to leave after we got off of the balloon and the rest were in Spanish knowing we don’t speak Spanish fluently. The whole trip was ruined!!
I recommend contracting with this agency.

5.00I hired the service with this agency because of the recommendation given to me by several friends who have traveled to Teotihuacan, and I can say, that I was pleased with the service they provided to my family and me, the staff was very friendly and professional. I recommend it, and I would definitely hire the balloon experience with this agency again on my next visit.

5.00I took the balloon flight over Teotihuacan and it was a lovely experience. The service from the welcome cafe to the flight certificate was super good. Incredible views, safe environment, delicious breakfast and an extra mini adventure in the ancient cave. Really, I highly recommend it. 🎈✨

5.00The experience exceeded my expectations, at all times the staff demonstrated professionalism and great attention to detail: the transport was comfortable and punctual, the flight felt very safe and the team was always attentive during the tour. Seeing the pyramids from the air was amazing, a unique experience and one that I would certainly repeat again. Afterwards we enjoyed a good breakfast. Everything was well organized, safe and really worth it. Thank you Escape Teotihuacan! :)
