5.00Positive and Enthusiastic I joined the one-day Ha Long Bay tour and it was absolutely worth it! The scenery was breathtaking. The boat was clean and comfortable, and lunch on board was delicious with fresh seafood. We also visited Sung Sot Cave and went kayaking around the islets, which was a lot of fun. The guide Sam was friendly and shared interesting stories about the bay. Highly recommend this trip if you only have one day to explore!

5.00It was really good. Sam, our guide really helped us out. He's both friendly and very funny. I really recommend the speed boat. Such a beautiful area. You can leave your stuff at the boat so that was very great as well.

5.00We had very good time at halong bay day trip Our guide sam and henry was great both have good knowledge of the place ant they were really polite and friendly .I choose Hercules premium over many ships believe me it was best decision...choose Hercules premium over hercules luxury cos it is new ship and with better food and experience....HALONG BAY is a must place to visit in hanoi..

5.00I did the Ha Long Bay day cruise with Hercules Cruises, and it was a great experience overall! The boat was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The staff were really friendly and helpful, and the lunch served on board was fresh and tasty. The views of the bay were absolutely stunning — worth every minute. The itinerary felt well-paced with enough time for kayaking and exploring the caves. Definitely recommend Hercules if you want a smooth, well-organized Ha Long Bay trip.

4.00Good experience overall because of incredible scenery and sunset and quality of boat and guide. But the bay was crowded with boats and the activities were absolutely packed. It was overwhelmed with tourists. We skipped an activity as had to queue for 30 mins in sun just to access caves in a great snake of people. Not fun. Take care which day you book as Saturday was extremely busy. This is not a quiet zen experience!
