We pick up all around Hanoi Old Quarter for group tour (Hoan Kiem district) and for the private tour we do pick up at your own Hanoi hotel location.
You can choose Trang An or Tam Coc which is following your preference for the trip as 2 activities are the same and at the same place. It is not possible to visit them both in just one day.

Pick Up Clearance: We only pick up inside Old Quarter - Hoan Kiem district and some close by area. When your hotel is not in the Hoan Kiem district you will need to come to our meeting point. We suggest customers not asking an exchange review for pick up or we pay for the taxi to come to meeting point when your hotel is not in the pick up area. If you do, your booking will be canceled immediately.
Additional Profit: When you book the tour and do not want to go but it is too close to departure time you will not be able to cancel. We can help to later the booking if you notice us 12h before tour departure time via our hotline. If not the tour will not be refunded.. This is additional profit from the standard cancelation policy of Viator.

Private tour: We pick up everywhere in Hanoi Large city.
Hoa Lu temples of the Dinh & Le Dynasties
10h00: Visit Dinh Temple and Le temple dedicating to 1000 years Vietnam history. After the temple tour, we do cycling tour around the village to discover the life of local people. Notes: Cycling is not a professional activity and we are not professional cyclists, we are tourists. Cycling is extra services, just for fun & free, included in the prices (Customers don't pay for Cycling services). It's a very small activity on the whole package, we don't focus on cycling activity. Pls note that: - Customers can skip cycling if don't know how to bike or the body has a bigger size. - Customers don't bike can walk around to take photos or just relax at the restaurant to wait for others. - Bikes are not suite for children under 2 Years old. - Please check the bikes carefully before using, many tourists don't know how to use it, so they damage the bicycles. 11h45: Have lunch in the restaurant with a lot of local foods goat meat, fried rice…. Vegetarian foods is always available at the lunch

4.00Wonderful discovery. It's really an excursion to make. We discover landscapes of beauty. Well the stop peeing at the shopping hall is not essential but it is the game and they are not insistent so it is okay. Then it's top even the 500 steps to climb. 😅

5.00Alex the guide, where to start. Such a kind person, good advice, good knowledge on Vietnam history and all round just a good guy. Only slight negative is I reckon there should only be one pickup dropoff point as so many people and locations make scheduling a tad difficult, due to other guests time management skills.

5.00Our guide Victor was super fun. He opened our bus ride with some ice breaker questions. Asked us where we are from and what is our country known from. The latter one was hard and I wish he would’ve asked something easier such as how to say “it is nice to meet you” in our language. Everything was planned nicely and I didn’t feel rushed at all. We took a 20 minute break between point A to B for bathroom and snack break which was nice. We took the bus to climb 500 steps and were given free time to look around the beautiful place. Next up was cycling and food. We were given an option not to do the first one so he took us to the buffet place. Place was very clean and fancy. There was food for a simple taste palette and Asian foods. My fiancé got his French fries with ketchup and chicken whilst I got every Asian food option. The food was tasty and you could fill up as much as you want to. Next top was the temple which was simple and educating. We moved to the place where you can board the boat. It was incredibly beautiful and we were even give a possibility to row ourselves. My fiancé and I took the most of that possibility. Victor was a lovely guide , fun and outgoing. If we were to ever return he would be our go to guide ANYWHERE. Victor, if you see this, PATATA!

5.00Great action packed tour. You will get to visit temples, do bicycle rides, take boat rides, hike up a mountain and have lunch. Max (guide) and Albert (driver) were a nice team. Pro: full day event, lots of things to do. If you don't like too much activity then a lot of relaxation time also. Con: 1. Please check about your pick up or meeting point. I had initially kept my hotel as the pick up point but it was changed since it is not in the Old Quarters neighborhood. Please ask them in advance. 2. If you can afford and prefer, do a private tour instead. If your group size is big then it takes 1 hour (from 7.30-8.30am) just for pick up. 3. Then the group members are not always punctual or respectful. We had instances of people coming late after every event.

5.00Can't thank Tony enough for his wonderful work to make our day special. Our trip could not be as good without him. The food, vehicle was terrific. The most valuable day tour ever. Just a little note that entry fees were not included and people needed to prepare cash to give the tour guide when started. This could be a challenge as it is in local VND.

4.00It is a great experience and you get to see a lot, but the boat tour (2 hrs) honestly becomes a bit boring after a while and the seats aren't that comfortable, half the time would be enough. Also, it should be communicated that the steps at Mua Caves are very steep, it feels more like climbing that actual steps. But all in all, we still had a great time, and our guide, Kenny was super fun.

5.00A day trip to Ninh Bình was fantastic. The transportation and guide arrived on time, both at the start and end of the tour. Our guide, Ken, made our trip complete; he told funny stories and answered all our questions in fluent and clear English. Since I often sit for long periods while working, this tour was a great opportunity for physical activity with rowing and hiking. I sweated a lot, but I slept very well that night. My family also enjoyed the beautiful scenery and the food; we had a hearty lunch. In conclusion, I will definitely recommend this trip to my friends so they can have as wonderful an experience as my family did.

5.00We decided to choose Ninh Binh for our last days in Vietnam. Thanks to our guide, we gained a deeper understanding of the Trang An cultural heritage, which was incredibly beautiful. I also enjoyed the local specialties and bought some as souvenirs. Although it felt a bit crowded when we were on the boat, everything was generally great
