Dear Guest: We want to provide you with important information about your airport shuttle on the day of your departure. the driver will pick you up at your hotel at the scheduled time. We ask that you be ready and have checked out at least 10 minutes before the pick-up time. Please note that the driver will be able to wait a maximum of 15 minutes after the agreed timetable, after which you must withdraw. Pick-up time has been carefully recommended, taking into account experience with traffic and waiting times at the airport. If you wish to modify it, you may do so at your own risk. If you want to change the pick-up time, please inform us as soon as possible by email, indicating the new desired time. We will process your request as quickly as possible, but the change will not be valid until you receive written confirmation. To ensure that we can make adjustments, it is imperative that you inform us before 12:00 PM (noon) the day before your service. We recommend that you review the details of your confirmation voucher to verify that the information is correct, including dates, times, pickup location and other important information. If your flight suffers changes, delays or any other eventuality, please inform us by replying to this email. We also suggest you review the policies for more information. We are at your disposal to ensure a smooth and timely transfer.

5.00Marco and Josue were amazing. Great communication when we arrived at the airport and made us feel super relaxed. The cars are amazing and super modern, we were given the maybach and after a long flight it was the perfect start to our holiday, would use them again in a heartbeat

5.00We liked their airport pick-up to our hotel so much, we chose them again for our hotel pick-up to Cancun airport even though it was $5 more than the Westin Lagunamar's recommended service. The driver was prompt, polite, and helpful with clean vehicle and good driving.

5.00I highly recommend STP Caribe . they are highly professional, always on time ( and by on time I mean early . Love that . Cars are clean , and very big . Always offer you a towel and cool bottle of water . I had Jesus as my driver for this ride and he was great . Thanks again Jesus !
