Two guys waiting for you will guide you step by step, making you spend a wonderful moment in the company of new friends. Come and cook with us! We'll show you how to turn a simple egg and a handful of flour into perfect pasta using only your hands. Special and inevitable ingredients for us: fresh ingredients, love and passion for good food. You will know the dish and the history of the most famous dish of Italian cuisine, and all the forms in which it can be presented. In the heart of the center of Rome in one of our restaurants, we will guide you step by step teaching the simplest and oldest technique of one of the most famous culinary traditions in the world, which you can then repeat when you return home! I got a full plate of thick and lumpy pasta. They allow kids that dont open up the pasta dough right and serve that to you. Also i could see that some of the pasta still had flour in it and was not boiled. The kitchen staff should not serve food that they dint wven inspect. Save your money and watch a youtube video instead.

My husband and I were looking for a fun, rainy day activity and had a great time at this class. It was well run and the chef, Lillo was fun and a great teacher. It was fast-paced, which was nice and the pasta and tiramisu that we made were delicious!
