The driver will pick you up from the place of your choice. After approximately 1 hour 30 minutes drive you will arrive in Oswiecim. After a short break you’ll begin the first part of your visit. It will last about 2 hours. Then, after a few minutes of free time, you’ll be taken by your driver to visit the second part of the museum - Birkenau. In Birkenau the tour usually lasts about 1 hour. The driver will then take you back to Krakow. Please note that the pickup time may change due to the availability of guides at the museum. The exact pickup time will be provided the day before the tour.

5.00Our visit and experience with Krakow Travel was very positive. Really good communication when I had questions, our driver Janek was very good and Helpful, comfortable transport (lucky to have the mini bus to ourselves. Auschwitz itself is hard to describe, but the tour was very well run and informative.
Amazing! Don’t be put off, book and enjoy yourself.

5.00You read lots of horror stories regarding third party tour operators, but this is not one of them. Myself my husband and two friends went on an Auschwitz-Birkenau guided tour today, faultless from the point of booking to arriving back in the evening. Our driver, Janek, was amazing. He kept in touch with us from picking us up to dropping us off, told us what we needed to do and how to do it. He was professional and chatty and it was a pleasure to be driven by him. Even when we left our phone in the car after getting dropped off in the evening, nothing was too much trouble and he met us to bring the phone back- we really appreciate his time, effort and knowledge. Janek took us to the first museum, collected our tickets and guided us through the security to the start of the tour…..and the tour itself- wow, what a moving experience led by another brilliant museum guide! Janek was there waiting for us after the second tour and brought us back to Krakow- great driving, a relaxing, moving, sad but amazing day!

5.00Incredible experience! Our driver, Janek, was very kind, friendly and talkative with us, we had nice conversations with him about many different topics!! Later, our tour guide, Joanna, was also very explanatory and kind with us, she gave us a lot of information about the whole history of Auschwitz-Birkenau. It was a sad but unique experience!

5.00This company were exceptional, we had booked with GYG months ago only to have our tour changed/cancelled the day before. We were already in Krakow and was one of the main reasons we were here, After panicking as it was last minute someone on the krakow travel guide Facebook page recommended your Krakow travel. We emailed and luckily they had 2 spaces on a tour the following day, after being reassured they had pre booked tickets we booked, still nervous and worried the trip wouldn’t happen we were happy when the driver turned up as promised, he kept us well informed and explained it was just 4 people on the transfer and 11 in the English speaking tour, the transfer, entrance, tour and return was seamless and so professional we were actually blown away, we feel we got a trip much superior than we had first booked and had cancelled. Your Krakow travel restored our faith back in a local travel tour. Would 100% recommend this company and have already to several friends.

5.00We had a great time and were able to skip the very long queue which was great in the cold! Having a smaller group made the whole experience more poignant and personal and I would definitely recommend this. Also our driver Janek was lovely and informative while we going to and from Auschwitz and our guide Teresa was incredible and really made all of it hit home as you would hope. Would definitely book again!

5.00All ran smoothly, amazing ontime pickup. Arrived and went straight through to collect our ticket, met with our guide, we were in a small group of 8 which allowed us more time to see everything. Harrowing knowing what those people went through, however please that I got to see what I had read in the books. Very pleased with the tour.
