5.00Easy to book on tripadvisor. Was contacted by Thomas who picked us up at the hotel at the agreed time. Very easy when we got there. The driver arranged tickets and directed us to a place at the entrance. Well organized at the entrance to the mine. The guide was very enthusiastic and enlightened about the mine's history. In the group there were both older and younger participants. It was taken into account all given that it is a long way to go. Overall a great experience

5.00Everything went perfectly. Pick-up from the hotel was an easy solution. Clean spacious car and safe driver. Everything was explained in clear English and the service was very friendly. We chose this tour operator on the recommendation of a friend and will recommend this to others in the future. Thank you very much for the trip to the salt mine.

5.00My sister and I had a fabulous morning st the Salt Mine. Prior to departure we had strong communication with our driver Tomek. He what’s apped details and times, his English is perfect and his time keeping on point. He met us at our chosen pick up point, he made us feel very relaxed and safe in his super clean car and stopped us off at the Salt Mines but also stayed with us until we were in the safe hands of the guide. After our visit to the mine we met Tomek at the arranged pick up point but not before perusing the stalls, as mentioned we didn’t feel rushed and he dropped us safely at our agreed drop off point that was different to the pick up point, nothing was too much trouble for Tomek, so five stars from us! Thank you Tomek!! X

5.00Communication was excellent from the moment we booked until Tomasz collected us, A friendly and helpful guide, he sorted all the ticketing and explained everything. A very relaxed and pleasant trip, would definitely use again!

5.00Great service,Communication via WhatsApp, we received the name and phone number of the driver and firm owner Tomasz , pick up from the hotel on time. It was only 3 of us in the minibus. I heard stories of last minute cancellations if there were not enough people -but not with this company. Tomasz is very kind and polite, friendly and helpful, he takes pride in his service , he is very reliable and trustworthy. He explained what to expect which was very helpful for my son with ASD. It was raining so he kindly provided us with umbrellas while we were waiting to enter. He stayed with us until we entered the salt mine just to make sure all went smoothly. At the end he dropped us off in place in Krakow we requested. Great experience overall, book with POLAND IS BEAUTIFUL 👍, Thank you Tomasz 👏👏👏
