Around 8:00 Am: Picking up from hotel/stay at Hanoi Old Quarter and depart for Halong Bay 12:00 – 12:30 pm: You will be welcomed on Day Cruise. Lunch will be prepared and served to you on board by the crew. While having lunch, the captain will drive the cruise around the most beautiful islets among thousands of limestone islands such as Dog islet, Incense Burner Islet, Fighting Cock Islet etc. One stop of the 4-hour cruise is Dong Thien Cung (Heavenly Palace Cave), located on a remote island in the bay. As the name suggests, the cave is adorned with fantastic stalactites and stalagmites as well as colored lights, which transforms the scene into a fairytale palace. Another activity, you could expect during the cruise is the stop at Ba Hang Area, where you could join kayakingfor 40 minutes to feel the Bay closer. 16:00 - 17:00 pm: Return to the harbor around and we will stop for one break in the middle of the way so you have a chance to go to the restroom or have a drink. Around 19:30 Saying goodbye to you at your hotel/stay. Trip ends

Sailing through Halong Bay felt like drifting in a painting — limestone cliffs rising from emerald waters, mist floating gently around the peaks. The boat was comfortable, the food was amazing, and the crew made everything easy. It was peaceful, slow, and simply beautiful. I could’ve stayed out there forever.

Thanks to Halong Bay Tours, I got to experience both the famous sights and the quieter corners of the bay. They chose a cruise that avoided the big crowds, so we could really soak in the beauty of Halong Bay. It felt personal and special - not just another tourist trip.
Henry is a fantastic tour guide extremely knowledgeable. Buffet a little disorganised Otherwise a fabulous experience.

Henry is very knowledgeable, the buffet was slightly disorganised however a fantastic experience all round, breathtaking views and truly memorable.

We were 2 families with kids 4-6, and we had a land day from our cruise at Halong Bay. So we planed for a scenic trip to the Sung Sot Cave (The Amazing Cave) and kayak near the Titop Island. Since we have children along, we had quite some questions and requests, and the Sales Rep, Ms. Huyen, was very helpful and answered all our questions one by one. The boat was neat and clean, the staffs on the boat were nice, and the seafood served was yummy. Our guide, Mr. Hoan, was very knowledgeable and told us a lot of history about the places we visited. He even spent extra effort and turned back the boat to look for my lost sunglasses! We were lucky that the weather was very nice that day and we had an amazing kayaking day in the lagoon. It is definitely a trip to remember!

This trip was incredible! We got picked up in Hanoi, driven out to Halong Bay and taken on the boat. The boat was beautiful and we were served a 10-course lunch with traditional Vietnamese food. Then we were able to get off and kayak in Halong Bay for about 45 minutes which was gorgeous. Then we were taken to the Heaven's Gate cave which was breathtaking. This was one of my absolute favorite parts of our 3 week trip through SE Asia!

The tour bus was too small with limited leg room especially for a 4hr journey either way. Normal sized people had issues

Tour guide was more a ticket collector and did no guiding or explaining Execot explaining cost. Didn't wait for the group give clear timings. Lot of waiting around

overall the trip was great. however, it took 5 hours to go and 4 to come back. it is marketed as a 3 hour journey one way. furthermore, everything is great but soliciting tips, and actively so for the driver, the guide, the boat staff, the boat captain doesnt leave a positive impression.

The bus, boat and the tour guide were fine but we couldn't see/do much as the entire trip was extremely rushed. Couldn't even do the kayaking, as we were told we would have to wait for 40 mins to get the kayak and the guide was not willing to wait that long. Had to go in a row boat instead, which was pretty useless. Absolutely not impressed.
Word of advice, don't take such short 1 day trips - if you have time go on your own so that you are not rushed everywhere and can spend time the way you want.

Great all-inclusive day trip to Halong Bay. Despite the long bus ride from Hanoi it was worth it! The boat was comfortable (even in 95-degree heat), lunch was great, the views outstanding. Enjoyed the kayaking and the brief hike into the dry cave. Only con: minibus was cramped for the 12 guests

We enjoyed this tour very much. Halong Bay is a stunning place and the scenery was amazing. The kayaking was a lot of fun. Our guide Ziang was very kind and told us many interesting things about Vietnam and its culture and history. He was very enthusiastic. The lunch on the boat was fantastic.
