5.00My guide for the Hanoi food experience was Daisy (Cuc). She is a food junkie and knew the best spots, for each course, around the old and French quarters. So yes, we end up having various dishes and local delicacies until we couldn't eat more. Nice experience and I will be repeating it. Thank you!

5.00Jay was our guide for our Hanoi evening walking food tour on Tuesday 29th April 2025. We went to three local eateries and tried three different traditional Vietnamese dishes. Jay taught us how to roll our pork spring rolls. He also took us to train street at night where we had a local beer and watched the 7:30pm train pass. Jay was excellent and gave us plenty of choice to what we ate including asking in advance about dietaries and if there were any particular foods we wanted to try. He also gave us recommendations on activities/things to do in Hanoi.

5.00The journey to the cooking school is great fun - a ride up the river in a traditional boat then rowing through coconut palms in Vietnamese round boats. Our welcome to the school was very relaxing with a foot and shoulder massage. We cooked and ate 4 different dishes which were all delicious. There was no buffalo cart ride, but this may be due to the heavy rain just before our tour.
