5.00We had an informative, fun and smooth sailing tour at Halong Bay with the help of our tour guide, Tony. He was so cheerful, optimistic and attentive to our needs. We really felt that he knows what he says and loves his work so much. With the cruise & the food, it was a good service. Food is great and the staffs are helpful & hospitable. Overall an excellent day tour. Must try when visiting Hanoi

5.00Tony is an excellent tour guide. He is really good in ebglisg so he explains every bits of the tour in detailed. Very patient, caring and friendly in helping people especially the elderly. The tour itself was fun, 100% recommended.

He contacted me a day in advance of the start of tour letting me know when would he pick me up from hotel and was very helpful and prompt in answering questions about attire etc. the tiur, the transportation, boat cruise, food, sightseeing - thre was so much to cover in one day. Tony’s energy and care for customers really msde it one of tge bedt day tour i have taken on 4 continents
