I wasn't at all sure about the cyclo ride, as traffic in Hanoi is terrifying and I felt sure we would get killed by a vehicle. However, it is actually fun and relaxing. The drivers knew how to safely navigate traffic, and you can see more going at the slow pace of a cyclo than speeding by in a taxi. We got a really nice view of the city. The water puppet theater is nice, but the lesser feature of this tour for me. As a cultural activity it's great, with authentic costumes, music and performance. It's hard to follow the storyline since it's all in Vietnamese, and my teenage son quickly got bored. And, yes, you can certainly arrange tickets and transportation for these activities on your own. But being newcomers to the country and unfamiliar with the city or the selection of things to do, we appreciated having it packaged up for us, along with hotel pickup. Definitely worth doing!

Was ok but cyclo drivers had zero English and so although they pointed at buildings were unable to say what they were.

Fascinating and Relaxing! Imagine just filming the areas as you pass through...in the comfort of a Cyclo! We even visited the St. Joseph Church before the actual Tour Started. It was quite a surprise for me to know and see A Catholic Church there! Unfortunately it was closed when we were there! The Puppet SWhow was excellent too! A Pity my Camera didn't do Justice to the Show! My photos turned quite dark for my own taste! Nevertheless everything was enjoyable I do recommend this tour To others too!

Well organized and very enjoyable. You see the sights without having to walk around. iIts fun to do and the arrangements for Water Puppet show very good, front row seats!
