From start to finish this was one of our best experiences in Hanoi. We loved going with Iris to the local market to select the ingredients for our dishes. Then the experience in the kitchen with the step by step instructions by Iris ended in a delicious meal with more than enough food for our family of four. We even had enough to bring back to the hotel to share with the employees. I would highly recommend this tour to even the most basic chefs.

We had a great time with Aurora. Everything was well organised, a trip to buy ingredients followed by the cooking. Aurora shared some stories about Vietnam and we even had some singing! The food was excellent, too much to eat so we took it away in special containers. Highly recommended.

Lots of fun making and eating . Skip breakfast as there is plenty of food. Ruby also gave us local places to try.

Fantastic teacher (Ruby), great tasting dishes, and a lovely company. We loved the course, the visit to the market, making egg coffee! It was all amazing. Thank you!

It was really interesting to know how some authentic Vietnamese dishes are made. My favorite was fried spring rolls. I will definitely try cooking these dishes at home! So happy to have this experience!!
