Nice variety of wonderful Vietnamese foods. Walking throughout the Old Quarter was exhilarating. All food preparation was fresh and locations were well prepared for our visit. The food stops were local, authentic, non-touristy restaurants. Our guide, Chung (?) was personable and very knowledgeable and provided information about the foods we sampled. Small group of six was perfect.
