I received an email 15 hours before the tour was supposed to start about additional fees and securing a pass. I emailed them back within 45 minutes asking for clarification: do I need to secure entrance passes to the park, pay about $14 USD additional for myself or $28 for myself and my 1 year old, I didn’t hear anything back for several hours. I didn’t hear anything again until I get a message saying I’m one of 13 stops tomorrow be on time no one likes to wait. I wrote back explaining my questions were never answered I was asked who told me I needed to pay more and was told to just calm down. I told the caller that was rude and. I am no longer interested in going on a trip with them. I also requested a refund. After I clearly said I wasn’t going and asked for a refund I proceeded to get a call from them at 0745 telling me the bus will be there to get me in a moment. I said I wasn’t going, I didn’t feel safe with them, I had no confidence in them to treat me respectfully. I want my money back.

My son was ill on the morning of the tour, we had to cancel. Was told we could reschedule, received a confusing message about refund/no refund. Have sent several messages about getting back on the tour and how much we will need to outlay. Have not heard back after 24hrs. I’m sure the tour itself is good.

The boat trip around the lake was very good and relaxing. It was all very good. Buffet lunch varied and delicious. Cycles could have been a bit nicer.

The trip was great. Mr Cong was a very skillful driver and got us there and back safely (in the storm condition!) And Luca/Linh was so friendly and professional. He had excellent communication skills and always got back to us so fast! We enjoyed our trip even though it was raining very hard. Will do this again with them on a beautiful sunny day in the future! The only feedback was the food spot they took us to...the food was horrible and definitely needs improvement. That's the only reason why we took a star off, otherwise it's 5 stars for the team!
