Incredibly beautiful and unique experience. Helps to be comfortable swimming, treading water, and knowing how to snorkel. Warning: we all got a little seasick, and one of us barfed. They do sell anti-nausea meds at checkin. They offer wetsuit top rentals for $15, which you should get if you don’t have your own. Snorkel masks provided.

Definitely an amazing experience to able to get that close to the manta rays. The butterflies of the sea! Rory was a great guide in the water, helpful, patient, calm and collected. We felt safe with him being in the water with us. Checking in went smoothly but you’d have to drive to the harbor and parking is limited. There’s no shuttle. At the harbor, a lot of confusion as this guy with a beard conducting head counts speaking very softly while eating his poke bowl. Almost showing no interest in his job. Getting on the boat was a bit challenging due the current. Bearded guy lost his cool at girlfriend as she was trying to get up on the boat.

This is a great excursion. Short boat ride - 3 min to site. We saw ~20 manta rays that night. They get so close they brush up against you.

Wow! What a great experience. Knowledgeable guides. We felt very comfortable and had a blast! However, there were some younger children who didn’t come prepared- no wetsuits, wetsuit not on and out on boat, their own broken mask and they were miserable. This slowed us down from being pulled to feeding spot. But still, don’t miss this- great experience!
