For tours departing from Osaka, the itinerary includes Kinkakuji Temple, Arashiyama, and Fushimi Inari Taisha Shrine.

Riku was very helpful and although young he was willing to help in any way. We ended up doing our own thing and he was fine, happy to chat and discuss Japanese culture or whatever interested us

This a good tour for people that have a day to spend in Kyoto. In our case we were on a cruise stop in Osaka.

An excellent way to experience Kyoto! We loved having our private guide Riku show us around and share Kyoto's history. He picked us up and dropped us off right at our Michaya. His english was great and he was the nicest young man, always making sure we were enjoying the tour. Having a private tour let us go at our own pace, stop for snacks and photos and really enjoy the day. Riku even found us a lovely restaurant for lunch that had Gluten free options and helped us with the menu. We highly recommend this tour if you want to see some of the beautiful history of Kyoto.

Riku was a fantastic tour guide. I was solo traveling on the tour, He is extremely kind and knowledgeable, which felt incredibly safe. This tour was the best way to see the top sights quickly, and also learn the history of the spaces. Bonus is the hotel pickup, with timing of choice… amazing way to start a day of sightseeing. Nothing was rushed or on strict schedule. Would highly recommend Riku to any solo traveler or family looking for a relaxing day of sightseeing!
